		<description>I think the points about international working are particularly salient and are opportunities that we don&#039;t make enough of when starting out (usually before children are on the scene). I myself have had more jovial conversations about the 4 countries in which I have lived and worked, at interviews than I ever did about the job descriptions - of jobs that I was later offered! Also, many of the women I interviewed in my book &quot;Beyond the Boys Club&quot; made the most of international assignments to help set themselves apart from the competition, and get a wider experience of working in a smaller non -US or UK based office.</description>
