We are developing next generation best practices via the research that we are undertaking in our think tank. We offer companies that are serious about improving the inclusiveness of their workplace an opportunity to become members of the community, to share the benefits of this learning.
Criteria to be a member
The prerequisite to membership is that you understand your capabilities around reducing micro-inequities in your firm before coming to the table and in order to do that we include 50 hours per year of consulting time for necessary pre-work to make your firm both a useful member and for you to get the most out of membership.
Think tank membership sponsor fee is $25,000 per year and includes quarterly discussions with the invited group as well as branding on Evolved Employer.com
