Nicki Gilmour launched Evolved People in 2008, when she saw the need to connect the four pillars of talent strategy, organizational strategy, leadership development and organizational development via her own experiences as a young leader running the US arm of global media tech business (Financial News & efinancialcareers.com)
Three brands emerged in the portfolio Evolved Employer for Organizational Development, Evolved People Coaching for coaching and leadership development (including team coaching) and theglasshammer.com to coach professional women specifically to optimally navigate their careers. Nicki has two business degrees from Manchester (UK) and Murcia (Spain) and a masters in organizational psychology with a specialization in change leadership from Columbia University in NYC, where she also undertook her coaching certification. Her approach is direct, candid, and comprehensive. Nicki is certified in Disc, Hogan, the 5 behaviors and Immunity to change. She enjoys foreign cinema, snowboarding, yoga, tai chi and talking with humans.
